Wonderful staff! The atmosphere is so incredible. Everyone is so happy and the laughs that come from Elaine and Lisa are so contagious totally turns your day brighter! Very friendly, willing to work with my crazy schedule. Easy to schedule and re-schedule if necessary. Lisa the receptionist calls with reminder appointments (which I def need) and is very poliet. If you get the polish I highly recommend the key lime flavor! So refreshing!
At the Sheldon Family Dental Clinic, I can count on being called into the patient room promptly at the appointed time. The reception area persons, Dr. Borer, and the hygienists are always pleasant, and I appreciate that they explain steps of the procedure as they work. Having a root canal is not fun, but when one was necessary, Dr. Borer explained my options beforehand and then constantly monitored my tolerance for discomfort later while he was working on my mouth. Sheldon families are fortunate to have Dr. Borer and his associates practicing here.
My whole family goes here. My youngest is scared to go but everyone is so patient and caring that they get it done. I also like that they contact us every 6 months for check ups. Good place to go and I tell others about it as well
Get place to go. I personally don't like going to the dentist. But they make you feel like home. They'll answer all your questions and tell you what they'll do step by step. If you need any work done. Plus my kids enjoy going. My youngest is comfortable he falls asleep during his exams . I could go on and on but go there and you'll be thanking me.
