Low rent. You get what you pay for.
Place has mold in bathrooms asked what to do about it and they said they can't afford to fix it. Don't give u clean towels they have stains on them pillows have stains take pillow cover off and you will see. Don't vacuum floor seems they just lazy there.if u gonna run a motel business in America do the American thing and work a little like take care of your place and not just come here and take advantage of our government system have us pay for u here for 7 years tax free then go back to your country. If you gonna have a place like that stay in your own country let a real american clean it up and run it like it suppose to be
