Fast friendly service. Paid about 6 bucks for an allstar meal. Meal is definitely worth coming in and trying.

I just walked out of this Hardee's for lack of service. One employee was standing with her back to the customer counter, looking at a computer screen. Another one was refilling supplies and ignored customers at the counter. Once I waited for 15 minutes at the drive-up window after I had placed my order. The employee was slowly walking back and forth all that time, appearing to be taking inventory of stock. I finally caugh her eye and asked for my order. She had forgotten all about it and my food was cold. The store has just been nicely remodeled. Now I hope that customer service will be addressed.
Newly remodeled. Order was wrong, overheard the cook say he didn't know what was on the bacon double thickburger, then made it wrong again. We gave up and ate it anyway, but have zero confidence this place won't screw our order up again. Manager walked to the store in street clothes and walked behind the counter to get her own food, probably because she didn't trust the cook to make her food properly either. She must get perks like free food too, because she just walked out holding her bag. Food was tasty at least, and the facilities were spotless.
Service was great! The food was good i like what there doing to the place by remodeling inside and painting the place a new color way.
